A lifelong connection with seniors
Her passion for supporting older adults began through volunteering in nursing homes at a young age. What started as a way to help became something far more personal: the residents became like family. Their wisdom, humour, patience, and resilience left an impression that never faded, and they taught her that the most valuable thing a caregiver can offer is genuine attention.
More than 15 years of care experience
Over more than fifteen years working in nursing and retirement-home settings, she supported hundreds of residents through ordinary days and difficult ones. That experience covers recreation therapy, restorative care, Alzheimer's and dementia support, nutritional wellness, and senior engagement—the everyday work of helping people stay active, comfortable, and involved.
Why Innovative Senior Home Care was created
In those environments she saw a pattern that troubled her. Physical tasks were prioritized because they were visible and measurable, while companionship, emotional wellness, mental stimulation, and spiritual fulfilment were often overlooked. Residents were cared for, but not always known.
Innovative Senior Home Care grew directly out of that observation. Care should be individualized, and it should support the whole person—heart, mind, spirit, and body—because that is what makes a day feel worth living, not simply manageable.

A commitment to dignity, purpose, and joy
Volunteering and community involvement continue to shape her work, reinforcing a simple commitment: seniors should feel valued, respected, and connected. That means honouring preferences, protecting independence wherever possible, and making space for the interests, faith, and relationships that define a person.
A personal message
"Every senior has a story worth honouring, a life worth celebrating, and a future that still deserves joy, purpose, and connection. If your family is beginning to think about care, I would be glad to listen first and talk about options second." — [OWNER NAME]
